Cilantro Mayonnaise
Cilantro Mayonnaise *acceptable for any phase*
3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
3/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 clove garlic
Put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator.
Per tablespoon: 36 cal.
